We will need 3 dinners and 4 lunches We are staying near little italy downtown SD and will have a car. 2 younger children with us that are well travelled and love patio's or more higher end..
Last trip
El Pescador, Wahoos, Alfonso's, Ropongo's, Georges, Brigantine, Point Loma Seafood, Mama Testes. Casa Guadalajara.

Return trip list: (want to try places we missed last year or new places I have read on here)
Mama Testes (return trip for take out probably again)
Super Cocino
German Mariscos on University
Hodad;s (hubby wants to try the cheeseburgers since we watch diners and drive in's)
Blue Water (or something like this)
Corvette Diner (yeah or nes?? )
Also if some are better for lunch or dinner please let me know :O) Also cheap and cheerfull AKA happy hours appeal as well to keep the budget down too!

We were thinking about a return trip to Old Towne as the hotel shuttle will take us to enjoy some happy hours where we went to Casa Guadaljara last time. I have seen the reviews and they dont seem to be chowhound worthie.
Saturday night we will eat dinner with the family and then my spouse and I will go to Gaslamp for drinks and people watching where our 3rd adult in party can watch the kids.
