I am planning (rather exhaustively) a trip to New York this fall. I want to try all new places for dinner/lunches, so I need some really good palates to weigh in. I want good food, but dont want to eat the same sort of meal every night. Before I start with the reservation process, I need help. Also, we are staying at the Waldorf, so anything great and close that Ive overlooked would be most welcome.
PS Im taking someone who has never been to NYC, Id like it to be a special experience.
Café Boulud (is this still as good as Zagat says?)
Nobu (sushi virgin, want to try really great sushi somewhere)
A deli (dont know which one yet)
