Restaurant X

If some one would like a trip to the country this
summer, I strongly recommend Restaurant X in Blauvelt,
New York.
It is a beautiful, light and airy restaurant with
several rooms including a garden room overlooking the
duck pond. The surroundings are gorgeous and is the
site of the old Bully Boy.
Restaurant X serves contempary American fare and Peter
Kelly, the owner- chef, does a wonderful job.
The menu is varied with a fine selection of wines by
the glass or bottle. Peter has kept the signature
beef wellington that was Bulley Boy's, however it is
an updated version.
There are wonderful choices of beef, fowl and sea
food. The fresh grilled wasabi tuna, served rare, is
a real treat, as is the quail served with foie gras.

Do give Restaurant X a try, you will not be sorry.
Reservations are a must.
