FYI folks: I have consulted with Chef and Fish Monger Henry Pryzbys over all things "water-food" and his recipes for 9 years at Quality Seafood. Over oysters there Saturday night I found out he died as some sort of complicating combination of a bad bout of rheumatoid arthritis and St. DAvid's during recovery from a hip surgery gone badly. He was much too young. Apparently an investigation is going on about what happened at the hospital. But nonetheless, we've lost a really gentle souled friend in the food business in Austin.
