As mentioned in a previous thread, I may be staying in Anderson, South Carolina, in the next few months, in order to attend a national checker tournament which is to be held in the town of Honea Path.
During my online research of restaurants to try in Anderson, one of them has struck my eye as a possibility.
It is called "1109 South Main Street." It is described as having continental cuisine with a sushi bar. Average price of entree is listed as in the $20 to $30 range.
From all of the restaurant listings that I have read so far of Anderson, SC, it does sound like the most upscale of all of them. So far, two of the guest critics have raved about it.
It has also earned an award called the "DiRoNA Award" for excellence in dining. I'm not familiar with this award. Perhaps, I should be.
In any event, I am wondering if anybody here has ever dined at this restaurant and can pesonally vouch for it.
Thanks in advance.
