Reports on The Kitchen, Sacramento (Not the new Chinese place)?

This thread on the new Chinese place in Sacramento:

Left me scratching my head, because it refers to The Kitchen as one of the best places to dine in Sacramento, but I've never heard of it, and seen no reports on CH. Huh? No mention that I caught in Sacto hounds discussion of favorite dining places:

I presume it is upscale, but other upscale places are mentioned...

There is brief mention of it here, but almost nothing about the food:

In looking at the website, I did get that it is a set menu, $125 a person, and my first impression was that bottle prices for wine seemed very reasonable compared to prices by the glass, then I saw a note that all bottle prices were retail..duh..no wonder they seemed reasonable. It would take some of the sting out of the price of dinner, definitely.

Anyway, the menus look very impressive and I'd appreciate hearing more about the food if anyone has been and wants to post a report. Thanks!
