reopening of mughal raj and progress with terrapin [?]

i noticed last night while driving down rt.9 on four lanes south of rhinebeck that the lights were on at the old mughal raj location that has been closed for several months. the sign was lighted and a banner across the front declared 'opening soon'. any word? i had heard that the owners had migrated north to open red hook curry house and a visit there had pretty well confirmed that suspicion. although i liked m.r. the decor left a lot to be desired and staff was always 'remote'. curry house is a nice addition if a bit out of the way for us. since sign was lit i assume m.r. will be 'itself' again. also does anyone have an update on terrapin moving to old marco polo site? when will it open? dinner only or lunch too? marco polo was always a decent, predictable spot to drop into. we could feel comfortable showing up sweaty after a game of tennis without needing to shower and change. i don't anticipate that with terrapin[if that is to be the same name as their restaurant in hurley].
