Has anyone tried the 'Radish Salad' w/ Roast Duck at the Red Egg (dim sum restaurant)? It's one of the most delicious, unique dishes i've had in a long while. The "salad" is composed of crispy squares of turnip cake, tiny slices of roast duck and carrots, celary served with a hoisin-style dipping sauce. Lots of great textures and flavors going on. This is one of the better dim sum restaurants i've experienced and a really special dish. What else is a 'must-try' at Red Egg?
