We're staying at the Chatham Bars Inn this Friday until Monday next week for Presidents Day Weekend.
I know this is low season and many places may be closed, but we heard that there are still lots of local/not as touristy spots open during this winter time.
Would love any recommendations on:
--places to see or museums/spots to visit
--need to have lobster roll, right?
--best local favorites in Chatham or around
This is our first time living in New England (driving from Boston), so would love to try and see as much as we can during this stay.
Not sure what other cuisine is local to Cape Cod, but would love to hear people's favorites.
I'm guessing Chinese/Asian is not the best or most authentic here (my boyfriend and i are both chinese) so we always love rice with meals but wouldn't want to eat asian if its your usual general tso's chicken etc...
We have a car and are willing to drive around outside of Chatham as long as it's not too far or out of the way unless the place is so amazing we MUST GO.
