Recommendations requested for cocktail party caterer

Hi all --
I'm hosting two holiday cocktail parties this season (one around 30 people, one probably more like 50 people) and would love to find a great caterer who could help with hot hors d'oeuvres. I should mention that one party is at work and one at home. In both cases, I'm not really looking for help setting up a bar or setting out cheeses and pates, etc., more someone to bring over platters of prepared food. Whole Foods has a limited catering menu for this sort of thing (though a few things might work, like mini crab cakes and spanakopita), and Williams Sonoma is very expensive for items that we'd have to heat and prepare ourselves anyway.

In both cases, we're willing to spend a bit to have really delicious food, but it's definitely not the "price is no object" situation.

Are there any caterers who even want to deal with something this small?

One other thing we thought of for the home party is calling Yank Sing or another restaurant for dim sum. Their web site is not particularly helpful with giving any idea of the cost -- has anyone catered dim sum in the city for this size group, that could let me know what doing this might cost?

Thanks for any suggestions!
Amy H.
