I fixed this for the second time today and really like it.
I like that the potatoes and carrots are added part way through the cooking time so they come out with a nice texture and color. And the flour that goes in early on makes a nice sauce with the wine and stock. Peas and parsley at the end for brightness. This isn't an exciting dish but "hearty."
PS: I'm experimenting with adding photos so bear with me. I don't particularly care whether they're there or not but thought I'd give it a shot - lol.
