I am a little confused. My roast is not 1.5lbs like recipe calls for, mine is actually 6.29, so 6.3 lbs . . Would I go ahead and quadruple everything in the first part of the recipe? For example, you heat 1 tablespoon of oil and brown the meat in this, would I do 4 tablespoons? Then you add 1 medium onion sliced and 4 cloves garlic, would I do 4 medium onions and 16 cloves garlic..
I really do not want to screw this up as I have invited my family to join in with me on this dining experience and want everything to be perfect :)
