Recc for fish dish in Gloucester/Cape Ann?

Hello,
I am spending a whole week in Rocky Neck this week (starting 5th June).

Thanks to these wonderful boards, I've read and collected many wonderful recommendations for friend clams, steamers and lobsters on the boards here. (Causeway, Halibut Pt, Lobster Pool & Ray Moore's in Rockport, of course Clam Box in Ipswich, Farnhams in Essex). Also noted lots of not-neccessarily-seafood restaurants (Duckworth's, Franklins, Virgillios for sandwiches, Alchemy)

What I'm actually looking for is really good, fresh, yummy fish dishes that are not deep fried. I do like fried fish too, but that's not my question. I love fish, the fresher the better, (grew up eating fish from the tank at Chinese restaurants) done any old way, steamed, sashimi, grilled, curry. What is your favourite, and where?

I don't have a car, but I'm happy to take a taxi as far as Ipswich. But obviously would prefer something located in Gloucester.

I will also be doing some cooking, any recommendations on a place I can get great seafood (not lobster - prefer to get those cooked already :)) retail? I think I read Connolly's in Gloucester somewhere.

BTW, went to Rudder this weekend. The cod was nicely cooked, fresh, and perfect done-ness. But underseasoned for me, and the salsa-style relish seemed a little strange with the creamy mash.

Thank you!
