ratzkellar, rats cellar, ratskeller in East Village?

I've been looking for a gastro-pub in the East Village or Alphabet City that I read about in one of the posts here, but now I can't find it. I remember it had unique microbrews and Belgians, paired with organic/local ingredients in the food.

It is below street level, so the poster called it a "ratzkellar" German for rats cellar, does anyone know the correct spelling?

Anyone know of the place?
