I want to go to Raku for my Vegas trip in June. I've heard only wonderful things about it. I'll be eating out often. Going to é definitely, maybe Sage, TWIST, or Carnevino (for their riserva steaks).
Has anyone tried out both 10 and 15 course kaiseki? Is the 15 courser worth an extra $50 ($100 vs $150)? Can anybody comment on the differences?
