Raffles Cafe @ Fremont - more good stuff

After the recent chowdown, this is the first time I came back and found some very nice surprises:

Prosperity salad is a magnificent and colorful conglomerate of long strings julienned carrots, daikons, red and green coloured finely shredded gingers, crushed peanuts and slices of salmon sashimis. Two sweet sauces are provided to be poured on the salad. All these are supposed to be tossed together and the higher your untensils go up, the better luck you will have says the gracious Lisa, our waitress. Definitely a unique dish that I never had before although a bit sweet for my taste but definitely good. This is suppose to be available during the Chinese New Year times and the price is $28 per order.

Eu Char Kway is already described previously and taste pretty good.

The big winner is the Hokkien Mee which is egg noodles with a rich sauce probably prawn/seafood broth and topped with several good sized prawns. On the side a tasty chilli paste and lemon are provided. This should not be missed

My Hainam Chicken rice today somehow was not as great as what I had before but still pretty good.

The roti prata is very nice - consistent with previous meals.
