I would like to know if any of you NW hounds could tell me how close the baguette from Ken's Artisan Bakery is the the REAL thing.
Does it have ALOT of flavor?
I went to the website and all his breads look like the real thing....
DO they TASTE as good as they look?
The best bread I have ever had in this country...so far ...is the bread from Acme Bread and the Cheese Board in Berkley.
FULL of flavor....with a crust that shatters beautifully.
Please give me your opinion...I would REALLY appreciate it.
