Queen Anne goings on (Seattle)

Couple of things happening on Queen Anne Hill....Thai Kitchen has opened in the space previously inhabited by Piroshmani and the Iron Hare (Rabbit ??) Anybody been ????

Across the street the space which used to be McCarthy & Shearing (before they moved in with A & J) formerly housing Best Toast and Shirleys B-B-Q now has a sign in it saying "coming soon..Barbacoa" with a texas flag in the corner. Why is it I can't get the sesame street song "one of these things ain't like the other, one of these things doesn't belong ..." out of my head.

Big doings on Tenth Ave west... two signs are up at the old space which used to be Olivers grocery, and Caddiz espresso... Olivers was torn down, and now is the site of a new condo building. in one of the ground level spaces is a sign for "Hollys espresso & desserts" if done right, this could be a fantastic idea. In the space which used to have Caddiz espresso, and a beauty shop, has a sign up announcing the imment arrival of the 10th Ave Icebox , featuring groceries and Deli. I am eagerly awaiting more info on both of these !!!

One last item, far away in Magnolia is a new wine shop, Corks. Features a nice wine bar, and intersting selection with lots of spanish items..anyone have any comments
