This little family run operation produces smoked Hungarian and Polish salami, slab bacon, ham and sausages.
They'll let you try the different items, and I couldn't resist bringing home the ham salami as well as a dried salami, and the hunk of double smoked bacon I have in with my beans smells just divine. Also have a nice selection of packaged Polish and Hungarian pastas, preserves (lekvar), pickled items.
This place is a little tricky to find--go north off of Main Street on 9th Ave. N. to number 605. Only open Thursday, Friday and Saturday to the public.
