After a one year absence, I tried it again and it's still tops. VERY fresh ceviche mixto with squid, shrimp, octopus and what seemed like sea bass. Served with corn on the cob with those huge kernels, as well as boiled white and sweet potato. Sprinkled with crunchy baked corn and topped with thinly sliced red onion. This is a refreshing dish that's filling but healthy. I need to work it back into the rotation.
I got it with the chicha morada (purple corn drink), which was also refreshing, with a slight spicy flavor... like faint cloves or something. I liked it.
