Prudomme's Lost Cajun Restaurant

In the little river town of Columbia PA not far from Lancaster is Prudomme's lost cajun cafe. My darling wife and I ate there Friday for the first time in a while. The owner is a cousin of Paul and makes real Cajun food. I had a cornbread stuffed catfish with cajun crab sauce. This was really one of the best entrees i have had in a long time. They were also featuring buckets of crawfish and they were good as well. Had cheese stuffed deep fried jalepeno's that were clearly made on site, not frozen This is really worth a visit. It is housed in what for many years was the Rising Sun Hotel. Sam Smith's on tap along with Yuengling. A real chowhound place in Lancaster county. The Cajun craze was i guess an 90's thing but this is serious good chow. Even Leff would like this
