Your own, private Galatoire's!

I'm curious about something. Whenever I go to Galatoires with different people, you suddenly learn that each person has his or her own "special"dishes. And you know how some people love to brag about a "it's not on the menu, but they'll make it for me" dish. Anyway, I would love feedback on your own faves. For example, a friend always orders a filet with crabment Yvonne. Too rich and over the top for me. UGH. Another swears that Galatoire's serves the best fried oysters in town. "They good nah" as one would say, but certainly not the best. One always orders the Godchaux salad which I don't believe is on the menu but it always sounds fancy. Someone once told me that the lamb chops are some of the best in the city but I have not tried them yet. An uncle of mine swears by Galatoire's turtle soup but I have never tried it either. Personally, I always go for the crabmeat maison or the oysters en brochette. I also see others order the eggplant with powdered sugar rather than with hollandaise sauce. Go figure. Aside from the standards; trout almondine, oysters R., shrimp remoulade, and souflees, what are your special requests?
