Does anyone else love these things?
They are so darn versatile in the health conscious diet. The carb count is 32g for 12 (!) of them. 1 g fat, 0 sugar. What is not to love? I tend to eat 2 or 3 per dinner serving.
I use them, as well as egg roll wrappers, all the time and am looking for new ideas...especially fusion ideas...mmmmm.....
I use them steamed as in pot stickers, baked egg rolls, boiled in soups, and made up on the weekend and frozen (like today) for quick dinner additions. Meat, veg and lots of spice ideas welcomed!
Healthy, low sugar, low carb, low fat dipping sauces add additional versatility.
