Potato flour?

I made some sweet and sour chicken balls the other night, deep-fried of course, but had to substitute regular flour for what the recipe called for, potato flour, which is apparently gluten free.
Has anyone heard of the stuff and, more to the point, does anyone know *specifically* where to get it?
