I am getting married next weekend and my parents have a handful of high society friends who are not going to be attending. My parents would like to have a dinner with them after we come back from the honeymoon and they've asked me to pick the restaurant. They want a place that is impressive to people who have been just about everywhere, but not ridiculously expensive (under $150 per person), and my dad really wants a great view. I looked into the Rainbow Room, but $200 per person before tax tip and drinks seemed rather steep. Now we are leaning towards Asiate because of its fantastic views and beautiful interior. We also considered Daniel, which I hear has great decor, but my dad is really stuck on having a view.
