I've always love pomegranites, but they're awfully hard to peel and eat. Yesterday, I discovered Pom's 100% pomegranite juice and decided to give it a try. Wonderful! This morning I mixed 1/4 c juice with 1 c. yoghurt, ice, and a spash of water. Mixed it all up and, wow! Love it.
Anyone else with a pomegranite recipe I should try? (I noticed there are two in Sept.'s Gourmet issue, but haven't tried them yet.)
