Drove down from NH to go to the Imax and on to Polcari's. Ordered the Clasico.. good sauce and flavour but at bit soggy even though it was " well done" Maybe the mushroom and artichoke on it are in such big chunks that they release too much liquid? I recall reading that the best pizza at Polcari is a simple one. Any thoughts?

To make a long story very short... We had a problem with our car and hubs had to go out and fix it. Only took 10 mins to do put it was pouring, torrential rain. Poor bugger came back soaked. He asked the manager Robert if he could have a bar towel to wipe off. Response? NO. Our waitress was mortified and promptly ran off to grab some from the kitchen. Great tip for her.. I grabbed a "Dear Valued Guest" card on leaving but doubt it's worth the paper it printed on!
