Ploughman's Lunch?

Anywhere in Northern Virginia where I could get a "ploughman's lunch", or something very like it?

I found this British meal referenced onlne - for those who don't know, it's a "cold snack or meal, comprising at a minimum a thick piece of cheese (usually Cheddar, Stilton, or other local cheese), pickle (often Branston Pickle, sometimes piccalilli and/or pickled onions), crusty bread, and butter."

Sounds good to me!
