Pleasant lunch at Ortanique

I was at a meeting at the 12th St. Marriott today and stumbled on Ortanique in a desperate attempt to avoid the Capitol City Brew Pub for lunch. I was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant, with its warm orange-and-golden yellow decor, is very attractive and I had an absolutely fantastic salad: a good-sized pile of immaculate watercress with crumbled feta, bacon, ruby red grapefruit and briliant orange sections (both bursting with juice), perfectly ripe avacado, and a roasted shallot vinaigrett. Topping it off were four FANTASTIC diver scallops, fat and succulent, cooked til just barely done in the center. It was just delightful. I had a nice basket of toasted baguette slices brushed with a pretty green pesto redolent of garlic, and an iced tea. To top it off, a scrumptious, creamy creme brulee with the vibrant flavor of tangy oranges. I loved every bite of everythig. I'd really like to go back for dinner sometime, esp. since they have live jazz a few times a week. Has anyone had a similarly good dinner experience there?
