I just tried adding turmeric to a vegetable pasta dish: garlic,olive oil, carrots, snap peas and zucchini, that had been seasoned with salt, pepper, and a little cream. I had this with farfalle that i mixed in at the end. I don't think I've ever done turmeric before, but had seen it in a recipe book for some other pasta dish. Turned out fantastic.
