Update on a hound favorite: Had a delicious lunch there Wednesday, pizzetta with prosciutto, roasted garlic and mixed rabe, the greens baked crisp, resulting in an intense vegetal flavor. A pleasing sight, too: crinkly dark greens on a pale yellow ground of mozzarella and garlic, topped with paper-thin slices of prosciutto that looked like pink cirrus clouds.
Other pizzette on the menu through Feb. 16: Rosie's farm egg, shiitake, potato, Bellwether crescenza and sunflower shoots; roasted fennel and lamb sausage; rosemary, fiore sardo and pine nuts; tomato, mozzarella and basil with pepperoni or white anchovies.
There's a Valentine's Day special: a sparkling rosé, a baked seafood dish, a pizzetta of your choice, farm salad, cheese course, dessert and sweet wine. $35 per person.
