I've been checking this board before my trip to Chicago next month and I have questions about what to expect from the different pizza types that I keep reading about.
Is there difference between deep dish and pan pizza?
Is a stuffed pizza anything like a calzone? I don't like calzones - too much "goop"
When you guys talk about a "thin crust pizza" ---how thin? Are you talking about pizza like you get in New Jersey or should I expect something like a cracker?
I don't think a pizza crust should crunch.
I don't want to look like a rube when I order.
