Pita Grille Restaurant in North Palm Beach

The owners of Middle East Bakery & Grocery in WPB opened up this resto in NPB on US-1 across from the NY Bar & Grill over 2 years ago. It's more of a pan-Mediterranean/American resto than Middle Eastern. The inside is small and cozy but nice. You can sit at the small bar and watch the open kitchen cook your food. Service is always good and the owner is usually present during the day and nights.

Lunch is a good deal and most everything is under $12. The menu has a lot of options for dinner and lunch and there's always specials. Cabbage and squash rolls are very good. They have lots of pita roll ups avalable for lunch and many kebabs as well. Chicken and kafta kebabs (Moroccan spiced minced lamb) are very good. Lots of apps as well along with humus, baba ganoush, stuffed grape leaves, falafel, etc. to round out the menu. I've had almost everything on the menu: kebabs, shawarma, mahi wraps, soft shell crab po boy.

Dinner menu looks really good and they have quite a few options from the usual staples. Duck, tuna, all kinds of kebabs and quite few seafood options. Menu has both Turkish and Greek items and most are under $20. Dessert menu looked good and there's Turkish coffee as well.

This is one of my favorite lunch spots in the area.
