Every year I host a dinner party for the same group of friends. We 'start'j the evening with a special cocktailm and then we switch later to wines with dinner. For the cocktails we've done pomograite martinis...comos...kir royale...you get the idea. This year I would like to puree pineapple & addi it to something to create a cocktail of the evening. I welcome all your creative ideas and suggestions.
