OK, this place on Northern Boulevard, once a diner, was never a gourmet destination. Good place to take the family, though, for inexpensive and decent food, with huge quantities to satisfy the old-sters. Last night when I ordered a fried shrimp platter they brought back breaded and fried "tiger" type shrimp (not really shrimp at all as far as I can tell). My wife said her salmon seemed like a cheap piece of fish too. Yeah, the prices are still low, and they throw in a decent bread basket and a salad, but who cares if the main dish sucks?
