I've had a jar of pickled banana blossoms sitting on my shelf for a long time and it needs to go. I was intrigued with it when I bought it but now I have absolutely NO idea what to do with it! I've seen recipes for shaved salads with fresh blossoms but not any pickled options. I'm weary of their bitter/astringent taste however I'm willing to try anything once. Well, twice just to make sure. Any ideas?
