Pedro's Tacos

Made it there for lunch today, and thought the fish taco was excellent. I'm not experienced in the ways of fish tacos, but this was crunchy batter fried cod, with a creamy slaw, and some salsa. It was double-wrapped with corn tortillas, which tasted nice n'corny. Next time I will see if I can get them to not wrap it in foil, so it doesn't get soggy (these weren't soggy, but they would have been if I had brought them back to work).

I also had the carne asada taco, which had a ton of real guac in it. The meat wasn't very brown, it almost looked boiled, but it was very beefy. Not sure if that's how it's "supposed" to be. I grabbed some pickled carrots and jalapenos and some hot salsa from the fixin's aea, both of which where pretty powerful.

Very excited to have this as a nearby lunch option. The Tequila Mexican Grille sign is still up out front.
