Went to Bijou for breakfast/brunch. Most of the stuff was excellent. My wife and I both loved the tomato-orange soup. Great. I had it with the caesar which was good. Also had the grilled gibassier, which was quite tasty. Love the sweet, buttery flavor with the anise.
My wife got the tofu hash, though, and it wasn't so good. It was sour, like they had soaked the tofu in vinegar or something. Quite garlicky, too, and not really in a good way, like the galic needed to be cooked.
Mixed results. My wife loves tofu, should she try it again?
