Always thought of myself as having a sweet tooth, but after my experience here I'm not so sure.
Had the "Basil Lover". Tasted little if any Thai basil. It was too sweet. Vegies were cut too long & really thin, making them difficult & sloppy to eat with a fork.
For dessert the sweet rice & mango. Once again, all I could taste was sweet.The mango was stewed to death, so for all I could tell it was rhubarb or apple sauce. It had no appearance, color, or flavor of mango. I've had this dish at a dozen local places. They all made it differently, but the one common thread was that it was most assuredly mango. Not so here. Shouldn't it be raw? If they can't find fresh mango it should be off the menu.
