I have already mentioned it a couple of times within other posts, but I 've just come back from Tholoniat on the rue du Chateau d'Eau and urge those of you with sweet teeth to try it. Everything's delicious, especially the mille feuille, the praline, the macarons, the tarte au citron. What's especially good is the judicious use of sugar - just enough. Rich things taste richer when they're not overladen with sugar.
And they're friendly and nice.
Even their bread's good.
