Today's LA Times Food section has a large article on this pastry shop in Hacienda Heights, (1635 Azusa Ave. HH (626)-810-6678). It is owned and operated by a Taiwanese pastry chef, (R.J. Guo) who adds French pastry techniques to his creations. If you get the Times and see the photo of his "Mont-Blanc" cake which blends chocolate and chestnut creams you will probably be in your car and on your way there just as soon as you have finished drooling over the photo.
