If anyone has been looking for daiya pareve cheese I have found it at Tau in Dollard. They have three types: cheddar, mozzarella, and pepper jack, and all are in a shredded format. They come in a pouch and cost about 5.50 each. I have read on line that the least liked one is the cheddar. I bought the mozzarella and the pepper jack. I tried the mozzarella in a meatball recipe but the flavor seemed lost in the dish. The articles I read on the product said it was the only one pareve cheese that really melted. Just thought I'd pass on the info.
