I had the pleasure of eating at Cafe Vialetto for the first time the other night. For some reason I resisted my wife's numerous recommendations of the place. She was right. After a couple of days to reflect on the dish, I feel compelled to offer the following topic for discussion:
Did I stumble in on an "on" night, or is the "Paparadelle Short Ribs" @ Cafe Vialetto one of the best pasta dishes in South Florida?
