Hello... Due in large part to the recent raves here, we set out for Pann land. Despite it being 11:00 a.m. on a Saturday, our wait for a comfy booth was barely 5 minutes; turn-over is brisk and the place is fairly large. We opted for breakfast (served all day) and were rewarded with top notch vittles, fair value, and friendly service. I went with biscuits and sausage gravy, which comes with two eggs and choice of side (hash browns pour moi). Two LARGE unsplit biscuits were mounded with their creamy raison d'etre, the speckled gravy. Though the sausage component was more 'condiment' in presence, the whole more than justified the sum of its parts. And the eggs and hash browns were just fine... Wife had the big blueberry waffle, all golden-mahogony crispiness with the berries shyly peeking out from within; wife noted the nice touch of having both the melted butter and maple syrup served in separate shallow/wide-mouth side-cars, allowing for dipping vs. the usual drenching... We ordered their moisty bread pudding with caramel sauce to go; lip-smacking goodness. When I die, just smear me with this dessert and let the rats and vultures pick my bones clean; funeral not required! Next visit, we explore the glories of their chicken-fried steak...
