Pandan leaves in Salt Lake City?

Siouxchef | Aug 3, 2011 07:50 AM

Anyone know a market where I can find pandan leaves? It's for a recipe called kaya toast that I saw demonstrated at Aspen Food & Wine Festival. It was also served as part of Singapore's booth offerings, if that's any help. The recipe also says that a piece of ginger could be substituted, again if that's any help. Thanks out there.
