I had the best pancakes I've ever had in New York this morning. The place was Clinton Street Baking Company and the pancakes were blueberry with maple butter sauce.
Cooked perfectly, tasted fresh (including the fresh blueberries), and the maple butter sauce was the perfect addition to already very good pancakes.
I can't say the same about Clinton Street's french toast, which I had on another occasion and did not enjoy, but these were great pancakes.
