Replacing Sam Kee in Cuperatino kitty corner from the shopping center where Joy Luck is located is Pan Tao. It is Cantonese seafood restaurant. We had dinner there and found the food good and real cheap.
This is a set menu for eight for $108.00.

Fish Maw and Crab Meat Soup
Dungeness Crab with Ginger and Green Onion (we skip it dish and had Preserved vegetable and Side Pork)
Honey Walnut Shrimp
Shredded Beef with Black Pepper Sauce
House Special Fried Chicken (whole)
Sauteed Prawns and Calamari
Salt and Pepper Flounder Fillet
Red Bean Dessert

All the dishes were good and only the wbole Crispy Chicken was outstanding. All the set dinner are in both English and Chinese only there special seafood menu in Chinese only and they had a very good selection of live seafood. The live seafood prices were in set in the middle of price range.
They have a two higher price set dinner for ten but they have sea cucumber but I asked the Manager ane he said we could replace it with another dish. They opened two months ago and may still be working out rough edges.
