Where is a good place to eat (raw) oysters in Seattle? Someplace not too hoity-toity where they are super fresh...
Actually, is it technically even oyster season now that the weather is getting warmer? How does the saying go? Only eat oysters in months with "r" in them?
Reading the bloody mary thread made me think of oysters, since I especially love oyster shooters with blood marys! I just moved here from the SF Bay Area and I can recommend Swan's Oyster Depot on Polk St., Absinthe for super fancy cocktails & oysters, and Spenger's Fish Grotto in the East Bay if any Seattle seafood lovers are ever down there.
