What to order at a Korean noodle place, and how to say...

A little bit below, I kinda hijacked a thread and asked: "Question: I'm driving along pretty much the same section of Little River Turnpike, and there's a stand-alone restaurant on the South side of the road (looks like it used to be someone's house) - I'm always going too fast to be able to spot an address - but there's a big red sign all in Korean except for the prominent text "24 hours" (you really can't miss that). Know anything about it?"

"dusty" kindly enlightened me: "the one in question is a 24 hour noodle place."

Okay - what do I order at a Korean noodle place (I may be brave enough to venture in, but I'd like to avoid really bizarre ingredients - maybe some noodles and a spicy sauce is more than enough for me)- probably gonna need the Korean name.

Also, since the sign is entirely in Korean, how do I say "just the way you make it at home" ??? And maybe "thank you" ???
