A couple of years ago, there was a lively discussion about okonomiyaki, the Japanese dish that is like an eggy pancake (or a starchy omelette) full of seafood, vegetable, meat, or other treats.
Consensus from that discussion was that no place here (including the second-story place in Japantown) was any good, although Minako in the Mission occasionally had a good version on their menu.

I'm hoping times have changed for the better. Any good okonomiyaki in the Bay Area?
